National Library launches New Zealand Libraries’ Catalogue |

All New Zealanders can now reach the riches of our libraries’ collections through a ‘’fined-down’ version of Te Puna National Union Catalogue– which we have named the New Zealand Libraries’ Catalogue. The beta (or developmental version) can be found at:

LCNA changes for July 2008 |

Each month a report is posted to Te Puna-L which details those headings
on the National Bibliographic Database, which have been upgraded from
two conflicting authorities (NZNB and LCNA) or headings to a single LCNA
authority, which includes relevant New Zealand information.

The National Library is pleased to advise that it is now possible to place requests with Griffith University and its campus libraries through Te Puna Interloan. The link has gone live today following a range of tests over the last week.
